Prudential Lifestyle Realty's guiding principles when the company was established were to provide exceptional service through commitment and integrity, and to do so with excellence.  These principles remain unchanged today.  Prudential Lifestyle Realty has become one of the largest and most recognized names in real estate in Western North Carolina.

In 1996, Bruce Alexander founded Lifestyle Homes of Distinction with the focus on developing maintenance-free communities with amenities.  The company quickly established itself as a market leader and the decision was made to open a real estate company to assist in the sales of the communities.  In 2001, Prudential Lifestyle Realty was founded with one office located in downtown Asheville and expanded to a second office located in South Asheville in May, 2008 due to the growth of new home sales along with the residential resale market.

The company continued its growth later in 2008 with the purchase of Prudential Beacon Realty located in Hendersonville.  This acquisition allowed the company to reach into new markets including Henderson, Transylvania and Polk counties.

In 2010, the company again grew larger with the acquisition of a property management company to build a portfolio of the services we offer.

As our name indicates, promoting a "lifestyle" is at the heart of our company.  Whatever lifestyle is desired by our customers and clients our real estate professionals are ready and willing to provide the highest level of service possible.  The goal of our associates is to "Build Clients for Life, One at a Time."
